Terms of Service

VaultCommand plans, runs, and reports on marketing campaigns for you. You stay in charge of what you sell, what you claim, and what gets published — we handle the work in between.

If you're on a subscription, it renews on the schedule shown at checkout, and you can cancel any time from your account or by emailing support. We'll only charge the card on file until you stop us.

We keep a record of your orders, approvals, and the actions taken on your behalf. Some records have to stick around — for billing disputes, legal questions, and fraud checks — so they're not always immediately deletable, but we'll always tell you what's held and why.
