Refunds and Cancellations

Campaign packages begin after payment confirmation and any required review. Cancelled, blocked, or disputed campaigns may retain support records needed to resolve the request.

Subscription packages renew automatically at the price and cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals.

Refund eligibility depends on package status, completed work, policy violations, and payment-processor rules. Abusive or unlawful campaigns may be denied activation or refund.
